"House was fabulous and clean. Beds were nice and kitchen was well stocked and great for a large group. Internet worked great. However, wish we would have known there was no phone service in that area of the lake and TV had no cable or smart capabilities. Overall, perfect stay."

"The property overall was wonderful. Off the beaten path and peaceful outside, open but cozy on the inside. Check in and out directions were easy to follow. The hosts were more than accommodating and the farm fresh eggs was a pleasant surprise."

"Absolutely stunning views of Indian River branch of Norris Lake. The views from Apt #2 are of the coral and surrounding mountains. From outside though the view by large firepit of the lake below will just take your breath away. The apartment itself was nicely appointed in a western style and everything was very clean. Any needs we had they were quick and accommodating. Definitely would have my family stay here again. Quick access to the marina and the public docks as well. But with the views from atop Horse Havens Property you’re most likely not going to want to leave."

"Great location!!!! Very clean! The host was amazing! When we got to the house our Internet wasn’t working. We went down to the marina/bar & grill and he immediately sent someone to come fix it. The host put together a great little gift bag for us as well. Our family enjoyed our time and we would love to book with this host again! This has been one of our best bookings yet!"

"It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa since we had six of us there. We enjoyed the marina and staff which was a plus but it didn’t seem as if anyone knew what was going on. "

"The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 teenage children. There was plenty of room to spread out. All 10 of us enjoyed family dinners on the outdoor deck and watched a movie on the outdoor television. We played lots of games on the lower deck. The kids loved jumping off of the 2-story dock. The hot tub was immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped for any type of dinner you would like to make. The owner, Steve, was easy to reach and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay!"

"Great house - has all the amenities. Great location with friendly people at the marina. Has a regular coffee maker and not a Keurig so make sure you bring coffee filters and regular coffee. Awesome – we will rent again. "
