This inviting property combines modern comfort with a relaxed seaside atmosphere, making it the perfect base for a memorable holiday with family or friends.  
  
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, airy living area filled with natural light. The open-plan lounge and dining space is ideal for relaxing together or enjoying quiet evenings, featuring comfortable seating and a TV for entertainment after a day exploring the beach or nearby attractions. Large windows bring in the fresh air and connect seamlessly to the outdoor areas.  
  
The kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with modern appliances and all the essentials you need for home-cooked breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. French doors open onto a deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffee, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. A BBQ and a fish filleting area add to the holiday convenience.  
  
Arkhos offers two comfortable bedrooms inside the house, while the garage provides additional sleeping space with bunks, along with a pool/ping pong table, TV, and an extra fridge for added convenience. The main bathroom is modern and convenient, while the second bathroom is located off the garage. There’s also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after beach adventures. Laundry facilities are included for longer stays.  
  
Located on a quiet, one-way street, Arkhos is extremely safe for children and pets, allowing everyone to relax without worry. Just a short walk from the beach, the property provides both convenience and peace of mind. Nearby Whitianga village offers cafés, shops, and local attractions, while adventure seekers can enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, hiking trails, and nearby hot pools.
