Layout: Parking: parallel & angled parking out front & to the West side of house. Plenty of parking for trucks & trailers Main Floor: King master bedroom, Queen guest bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, & access to back yard 2nd Floor Attic: Large Twin bedroom, Large Queen Bedroom w/ hardwood floors. These rooms are separated by a wall, but due to fire hazard does not have a physical door between them. Yard: Fully fenced W/ privacy fence, BBQ, outdoor seating \*\*\*Attic 2nd Floor is not renovated. We hope to renovate it in 2024, but have had many requests for additional sleeping space. If you don\`t want to use it, there is a door at the bottom of the stairs that can be locked for safety of little ones\*\* We welcome pets but we do ask that proper care is taken to avoid damages or excessive cleaning. The pet fee covers our cleaners for up to 1 extra hour of cleaning. Excessive pet hair, drool on furnishings, nose/paw prints on windows, muddy paw prints on floors, etc that takes over 1 hour may be charged after a clean is completed. If your pet favors sleeping on beds or couches, please throw a blanket or towel down to protect our furniture and prevent extra cleaning time. There are also extra towels in the master bedroom linen closet. We also have 2 blankets dedicated to pets in the entertainment center cubby (one has dog print and one is sage green). This was the PERFECT place! The house is so comfortable and clean. Beds gave a great night's sleep. The fenced-in backyard allowed Polly to have some freedom. And the town is just as welcoming and friendly -- my wife was invited to join the locals at the Senior Center for their Wednesday morning coffee and carmel rolls and was made to feel like part of the group. Locals at the store, gas station, and Bullwackers Saloon were just as warm and friendly. The town is little but has most everything you would need; Sturgis and Spearfish are only a very short drive down the interstate for other necessities. From the outside, the house didn't look too exciting ( it's an old remodeled barber shop) but once inside... wow! The place is so cute and comfortable. They thought of everything here, including blankets for our dogs. The place was clean, in a safe neighborhood and Brandi, the property manager was very responsive to any question I had. We only used the king bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. Having the fenced backyard was a blessing for our dogs after several days of hotel life. There are places to eat within walking distance, but we chose to BBQ steaks one night. Even though it's about 30 min to Rapid City and 20 minutes to Deadwood, this place is worth it! ##### Vicki W.
