So very convenient to many restaurants. Room was very spacious, lobby/reception area inviting and comfortable. The condition of the room was A+. I came on a red-eye from CA, arriving very early in the day and was so happy to be able to check in early without any additional fees! Thank you so much!

The nicest staff I’ve ever met and the nicest hotel

Great room, great stay, very nice staff, Natalia, Jermaine & Jerome all lovely. Great breakfast experience with Judith and Akira at the By George restaurant. I don’t like chocolate but they offer a really delicious hot chocolate in the afternoon and a tour in the evening. They had great lounge spaces that you can sit and meet people in which was helpful for us with our visit. The rooms are spacious, all of us had large rooms. The beds contrary to reviews did not smell like pickles but I did see a quite a bit of dust on the blinds in my restroom. I would definitely go back.

Location was excellent for the convention center access and wonderful views of Olympic park (especially during the Olympics). The tub did not drain well and the toilets had some issues flushing a few times (not due to use but the handle would malfunction). Otherwise, guest services was great. Uber drivers had a hard time finding the valet stand so recommend referring to it as Club Wyndam not Margaretaville.

Clean apartment and instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again.
