"Our extended families were camping at Cuivre River State Park but we opted for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. We loved our stay at the Chicken Coop and hope to stay there again should the opportunity arise. Everything was clean and our host was very responsive when we had a question. It is decorated in very charming style and it was a lovely stay for the three of us."

"The cabin was cute and nicely updated. The inside was very clean, well furnished, and stocked with all of the essentials. The outside had some useful amenities and a relaxing atmosphere but it wasn't as well kept as the inside. There were tons of spider webs, which wasn't unexpected, but the entire exterior could have used a good powerwash.The location/neighborhood seemed somewhat ok but it isn't the most diverse place and some may not feel welcome in that area. The neighbor next door that is renovating his cabin was very friendly and even suggested a few things for us to do.Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to respond whenever I had to communicate with them."

"This was a very nice place. The updated building was done nicely, keeping the rustic look of old, with a touch of new. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I could complain about was the small a/c unit, that seemed to struggle on the hot day. The room wasn't hot, but definately could have been cooler to relax in, after a day in the heat. "
