Inside it is both bright with sunlight and cozy. It is not far from Carcross and that makes eating at the cabin in the middle of the day possible. It was quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. The host couple were amazing and friendly. We had a lot of fun with them the first night when they were trying to help us out with the TV. Turn is right before wildlife park. Nice little snacks, baked good for breakfast, Yukon mini jam. Coffe tea supplied. No place to hang coat once in side door, not sure why main door was not used. Also the plug in smell was overpowering g but once unplugged and aired out was good to go. . WouldMaybe have less glass blown decoration pieces, they are everywhere, just a personal Preference. Just under half an hour outside Whitehorse it's a great place to kick back and relax. We did not have a car but still found enough to do in the area with access to two bikes for transportation. The nearby nature reserve is definitely worth a visit, and the Hot Springs are also very relaxing. Had we had more time, it would've been fun to explore the, research for us too. The cabin is very well appointed with everything you need to cook/bbq and even have a campfire in the midnight sun! The washer and dryer were an extra bonus. Note there is no grocery nearby so pick up supplies before leaving town. Owners were very responsive. They even left us a surprise welcome package of local coffees and treats!
