"Julene and Wendy the gals who take care of breakfast in the morning set the bar for hospitality. They take care of their guests-if I had a business in Butte I would capture this talent because they are the experience differentiator. We would stay here over and over because of the level of service they provided. Suggestion to the owners and management of this establishment - don’t let this talent get away. It’s a rare thing to find these skills and even harder to teach this day and age. Thank you for the incredible exlerience!"

"the first time we stayed at this hotel it was comfortable no complaints this time not so much dirty dirt bathroom, room smelled like old people and dogs,but the worst was that bed broken and well used every joint and muscle of mine hurt so bad definitely need an upgrade on beds in this room"

"Shower was completely unusable. The shower knob just spun and we could barely get the shower head to drip water. No hot water at all. Me and my daughter had to dunk our heads under freezing cold water in our hands and knees to just try and wet our hair. Couldn’t even get the water to shut off afterwards. Front desk never even said so much as a “sorry.” Not great / would not recommend."
