Private dock, paddle boards, kayak and incredible views \*\* Brand new 6-person hot tub has been added to the deck.\*\* Step into one of the most beautiful Montana settings that you can imagine. Located directly on Whitefish Lake with 75 feet of private lake frontage with dock. Located 5 miles from downtown Whitefish, 3 minutes to the Whitefish trail system, and 10 miles to the ski hill. The views of the lake, sunset and Swan Mountain range are spectacular from everywhere inside and outside the home. With 4,152 sq ft of living space to enjoy with your friends and family, the home itself is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen flows into the living room, is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and views to die for. Step outside to enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains, or fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. The lower level has a second living space to relax and watch TV or read a book. The exterior space begs to be outside with a large covered wrap-around deck with plenty of comfortable deck furniture, and a private dock for your boat and swimming. 2 stand-up paddle boards and a double kayak are included for your use during your stay as well. We have 4 adult life vests and 4 children's life vests for use as well. The home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the main floor and has a large, comfortable king bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a twin bunk bed. Downstairs, there is the third bedroom, also with a queen bed. There is also a lower-level living room that has a couch and a flatscreen TV. There is a sleeping space that is only accessible by exiting the home on the way to the lake access. It has its own half bath and queen bed as well. The lake access is an easy few steps from the lower level. Mr. Coffee, K- cup, crockpot and instant pot in the kitchen. Pack n play provided for guest use. Absolutely no partying or any loud noise / music. We have $500 first time noise complaint violations. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. This spectacular home is located directly on the shores of Whitefish Lake. Whitefish. It is only 20 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 4 from the Amtrak Station, 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort and only 50 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Whitefish, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, art galleries, gourmet dining, & live theater …the activities are endless. Downtown Whitefish is a quaint town with great restaurants, boutique shops, spas, nightlife, and farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime. We have a 90-day cancellation policy. Place is spectacular with wonderful views and I would highly recommend to travelers that can sleep well at 68 F or above. I've gotten used to medical literature on optimal sleep being in the 64-65 range and couldn't sleep the first night. While contentious at first, the property manager ultimately was helpful and helped me to reprogram the thermostat so that I could sleep the following three nights (Montana has big temperature swings during the summer). Otherwise a wonderful place to stay with views that won't disappoint. The lake is so clear and beautiful and Whitefish mountain and the town are ten to fifteen minutes away. Is a bit of a drive to GNP, so not a great base if that is where you plan to spend your time, but we decided after the first day that we liked the lake even more than GNP. The communication was great. The most important part, the house had the most incredible view!!! Even though the 4th bedroom had a separate entrance, it didn’t matter. Waking up every morning looking out the window from my bed was a dream. I felt like I was sleeping on top of the water on the lake. We had a boat delivered and picked up right from our own personal dock. Whitefish was incredible and it’s not far from Glacier park or the airport. A week was not enough! It’s quiet. The lake is beautiful. All of us enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayak. We loved having the fire pit and utilized it for s’mores one night. The house has everything you could possibly need. It is well appointed with soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, kitchen utensils. There was not one thing we needed that we could not find in the house. It is an easy, quick drive to town, but being out on the water and away from town was perfect. The house has tons of space. We were all able to spread out and definitely did not feel like we were on top of each other. We all enjoyed sitting on the decks and taking in the views. We rented jet skis from the marina area one day and they were an easy drive across the lake to get them back to the house. We spent two days inside Glacier National Park and one day on the mountain. All very easily accessible from the house. Check in and check out was super easy. Management was readily available with information and to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again.
