The price is right! Bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were so nice and helpful. Heated outdoor pool, only drawback was pool towels were very tiny. Not sure if was the hotel or neighbors but we did find the hotel very noisy.

The reception was was outstanding, helpful and friendly. I loved the free cookies daily and the breakfast. Nice to have a shuttle when you need it. Thank you. I will stay at the Pine Lodge again.

The amenities are wonderful. Great breakfast that is included in price, indoor/outdoor heated pool, game room, transportation to ski area. The rooms were serviced every day!

I can't say enough great things about the staff at the hotel. Everyone was super friendly and did a great job in every aspect. The breakfast buffet was constantly replenished and rich with selections. The indoor outdoor pool is fantastic and heated enough for the kids to really enjoy even in the winter. The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5* all across is because the building structure seems old even though the interior is renovated, clean and well maintained. When people walk above you, it sounds extremely loud and the water pressure in the showers is also that of an old structure. Probably not much, if anything, can be done on this front. We would definitely stay here again.

From the welcome cookies and hot chocolate to the smore bar to the games room to the outdoor pool and hot tub to river view and walking paths. I don't rally have anything bad to say. Great value. Great hotel.

Great property as advertised. Nice ski closet with boot dryers, cookies every night, breakfast not bad, close to the main downtown, 10 min from airport and 15 min to ski mountain. Will definitely be back.

need more hooks or bars in room on the walls to hang clothes up- especially ski gear that needs to dry out overnight. also bathrobes to wear to and from the hot tub would be nice. otherwise, excellent service, good breakfast and facilities.

Our stay was great. We went on a family trip and have already booked another one. Austin our shuttle driver/pool attendant/ and security was a pleasure. The whole staff was dealing with a wedding, but made a special effort for us even though they were busy.

The Lodge was located near town the check in was a breeze our room was better then we expected the employees were very nice and helpful. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Recently spent 5 nights here. Rooms are not fancy. Breakfast buffet was good. However, the personnel were outstanding. All were friendly, and went above and beyond in responding to our requests. Also the chocolate milk bar was a nice surprise. The indoor pool was clean, and the "Den" in the basement was a nice place to hangout when we had friends come by. Will definitely stay again.
