The apartment is cottage-like , one bedroom self contained unit, over our garage on 20 acres. The unit sleeps a max of 3 with stairs up to a private entrance and large deck with beautiful uninterrupted views of meadows, trees and mountains. Custom Construction, bathroom and Kitchen/dining/living area.Love seat sofa bed in Living room, sleeps one. Queen bed in bedroom. Deck with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The kitchen area has a microwave, range, oven and full sized fridge. Here, you will find dishes, pots, pans, utensils, toaster and coffee maker.There is wireless WIFI and a Roku TV. Please note you need to sign in with your own account to access Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc, there is no satellite/cable , or local channels available. WiFi is excellent and capable of Zoom calls and working from home. There is a washer and dryer . Located near National and State Forests for local easy access to MT Biking, Hiking, Running, Lake Swimming and XC Skiing. But ideal for hiker/bikers. Sr Citizens note there are open wooden steps but the apartment is worth every step. Horses across the road. Coyotes at nightfall. Bird songs and beautiful cottage gardens.
