Man walked outside of my window several times banging on it and trying to open the window. Several minutes later, he was trying to get into my room from the door. Called front desk repeatedly and went to front desk and rang the bell several times. No answer and no employee. Property is clean and staff (when available) are friendly.

I would not stay here unless you absolutely have to. Old is one thing, but this place is run down, didn't smell good. Broken down cars in the back of the parking lot. The toliet was clogged when I got to my room. I ended up leaving and finding a better hotel the night.

Pool was not able to be used.hot tub what's not hot and was full of rocks and smelt Horrible.The room was not fully cleaned including the bathroom was missing toilet paper and trash bags. I would not stay at the hotel ever again or even recommend it to any one. The bed was so uncomfortable that my body hurt from trying to sleep on it i think the floor would had been a better spot to sleep.

This hotel has residents living in it, doors slamming all hours of the night. Not sure if there were drugs being run out of it or not, but traffic pulling up and leaving all night. Towels were stained and had holes in them. Floors were dirty around the bed, and bedding was stained. Went to the hot tub, and it was not clean, floaties and not maintained. Had the room reserved for 2 nights, and ended up only staying one. Do not let the pictures posted of this hotel fool you. My room was literally a small cinderblock cell.

Great place for the price, wish they offered kink beds but it all good. My husband LOVES the hot tub.

Did not like being told after our check-in that there was no longer a free breakfast. When we booked 3 days before breakfast was still included. Our ground floor room had windows which could not be secured. The floor in our room was “gritty”. We will not return.

Upon arrival I was notified the facility was in transition from boiler heat to electric baseboard heat. I was provided a room which did not have the boiler heat. I was provided an electric heater. This heater tripped circuit breaker about 12:30 AM. Fortunately, there was enough heat in the room to get through till morning.

The Aero Inn is a bit of an older property and I chose it sight unseen online. I have to say that it was great! It was super clean and very nice inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I definitely felt welcome.

Family Bisit
Had a good stay. Got to Kalispell 2-3 times a year to visit my kids and it was a good visit. For the price it can’t be beat.

As a handyman, I noticed the OSB on the front entrance - not a good choice for weathering. Also it would be good to replace the sink faucet. It works fine, but looks terrible - doesn't leave a good impression. Really did enjoy the staff and the furniture. We would stay there again.

Never, never, never again!
Felt like were sleeping in a prison cell. Concrete brick walls, small space, no room to breathe. The bed was on wheels and moved everytime we did. Said it was non smoking but definitely smell the smoke scent. Desk staff was rude and made quide abundantly clear that we were an inconvenience to them. When giving directions to our room they made a huge deal about staying out of a specific area because "the owner will get mad".

The staff was so accommodating. They each were so polite. They put up with my calls to the desk.I stayed 3 weeks. I enjoyed the simple breakfast and meeting other residents from Canada, Utah etc. I used the laundry and had no problems. I cooked my other meals in rooms microwave. Stuffed the small refrigerator with food from Instacart. Staying here was as nice as other inns that I have stayed in, Hampton, Best Western, my door opened into hallway for security. Would stay here again.reasonable rates.

Couldn't get a moment's sleep until 2am when the guests around us finally stopped showering, coming and going, chatting and laughing in the hall. Just an old building with zero sound blocking.

This property is old and needs a facelift everywhere. Room was dark and linens not pressed nicely. Breakfast was ok. Staff were fine I guess you get what you pay for 😩

The hotel is older and needs some updates. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable. The heaters were not working as they updated the system but they provided an additional blanket.
