Log cabin was really adorable and comfortable. Wished it had a bigger mini fridge and that the hot water in the shower was consistent. Breakfast was not anything special.

The Eagles Nest cabin was very small- the air conditioner was overpowering, no place to put things in the bathroom, mattress and pillows were saggy. Breakfast was out of coffee and yogurt. I don’t mind a cabin experience, but this one was a little too rustic for me to pay $84 for.

We stayed here while on a fishing trip and loved the outdoor themed cabins! I especially liked the privacy and individual parking spots. The bathroom was a little small for my liking, but the other amenities outweighed this.

Not What it was Supposed to Be
We booked a cabin but got stuck in the motel part which is very old, very small and very uncomfortable. Bed are at least 50 years old and very small. The worst was the fact they locked out the A/C at night past 11 pm. Unbelievable! The motel should be torn down. The cabins looked nice....why we were not placed there I don't know. Some were open . Only for saw the manager at check in. And we were charged for a cabin .

Private cabins on main street
Great little cabins right in white sulphur springs, right across the street from the hot springs. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Clean room with friendly staff
Loved how clean our room was. Outdoor pool to enjoy. Staff was super friendly. We also grilled out with grill that is provided.

Definitely stay there again
We stayed in one of the larger cabins. Had a small kitchenette with gas stove, which could have saved us a ton of $. But very nice, even had plates. Easy walking distance from the hot springs spa. Basic breakfast included.

Hand made skin products made that special touch.
We had a nice stay in White Sulphur Springs. The cabin we stayed in was nice. there is a slight lean to it which I could not get used to. They need to beef up their wifi signal as well. We had to leave the room to get a wifi signal. I love that they make their own soap, and give you a small piece to use in the shower. They also sell home made skin products. This personal touch made me happy I stayed with them rather than across the street. I would recommend them to others and I would stay there again if I ever make it back to WSS

Did not end up staying. Left after only an hour. No wifi, tv remote didn’t work, no lock on the door.

Internet has been a problem and we explained we were in the process of rebooting when you brought it to our attention. Just a few moments longer and it was back up and going. The door locks from the inside just like a standard door knob, not sure what issues you had there or with the remote. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to show you how great our property is without the technical issues you came across during your hour visit. Please note, the entire internet system has been upgraded and replaced!

Overall we had a great stay. The man who checked is in was very friendly. We did not have the continental breakfast but it sounded good! The rooms were cute and very clean. The only complaint I have was that the bed was really uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Different then last time
No TV Service in Room. The satellite TV service was not working. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend Cabin 106. It needs an update. The advertised private bathroom is tiny and does not have a sink. Instead you will need to use the sink in the kitchen area. We stayed 2 nights and there was no cleaning service or restock of towels/supplies the second day even though it was the same price. Also there was not a convenient place to park. I did have a good experience last time I stayed in a different cabin but I believe the staff was different and we received coupons for skiing and hot springs which was not provided this time.

Thank you for the review. I apologize that you did not receive full maid service for your second night, but did receive many exchanges of towels. Each cabin comes with a private driveway directly next to the cabin. Cabin 106 is no different. If choosing to not park in the private spot, the parking lot is only a few yards away. As your concern for the TV service, the Satellite TV was temporarily unavailable due to the heavy snow coming in that morning. Unfortunately, our small town does not have cable tv and satellite tv can be unreliable at times. Please keep in mind, these are cabins. We do not advertise our property as being brand new and modern, but rustic charm. We strive to be the best in town for value, friendliness and cleanliness. We are the only place in town that offers microwave, refrigerator, and in-room coffee in each and every room. We are also the only place in town offering a full continental breakfast including biscuits and gravy. All of this at a price lower than anywhere in town! If you chose to stay with us again, please inquire which cabin might better suit your needs. We do have several cabins that have the sink in the bathroom, if that is something you prefer.

By far the best deal in White Sulfer Springs!
Nice, clean cabin for an extremely great rate. Friendly staff and great location within walking distance from the hot springs. Recommend highly!

It's a good hotel next to the hot springs
The staff is friendly the biscuit and gravy is great unfortunately the room floor was sticky and the neighbors kids wouldn't shut up

Beats sleeping in your truck.(Maybe)
Bathroom issues right of the bat, then the bed slid off the makeshift frame. The staff was helpful and moved us too a different room . However there was a lot of dog hair and dry wall dust on everything including the beds and pillows. The sheets had pretty good size yellow stains and we are pretty sure the crusty things on the side of the sheets were boogers. So we put on our coveralls and slept on top on the covers with our hoods pulled over our heads.

Wow. I'm surprised to read this. I was informed you were moved due to an issue with the toilet not flushing adequately and the bed slid off the "standard motel/hotel frame." I have no words for how you described the cleanliness of the room you were moved to. We take pride in our place and ensuring that our guests are comfortable (as you know, because we moved you to another room, with no hesitation). Obviously something went array. I wish that you had mentioned something while you were staying here re: the 2nd room so that we could have seen and addressed the issues and made the necessary corrections. Please know, for future reference, giving an opportunity to correct issues and know they exist before reading about them online, is more beneficial for us as a property, our staff and the next guest that stays.

Nice place to stay.
The staff was good and willing to help. The quarters were very much up to date . My only problem was my height and the bed but is a problem any where I stay. Will stay the next time I'm there hunting or just traveling.

Perfect Location and Great Price
Friendly staff that are always willing to help. Room is cozy and clean, best rate in town for accommodation. Right across the street from the Hot Springs and within walking distance of anything in town. Continental breakfast is included. In-room microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Satellite tv.

The cabins were in need of some repair. The Windows didn't lock. The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were very noisy. Every time you turned over the bed creaked.

We were in town for a wedding our place was not far from the venue. The cabin was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating. It wasn't a bad hotel for a wedding.

Comfortable bed. Older cabin with very basic shower and furnishing, but clean and with friendly service. Small but clean pool, gazebo. Located across the street from hot springs and spa. Biscuits and gravy for breakfast on a Sunday morning.

Nice, small facilities near hot springs
Reasonably price, clean, safe, my room was recently remodeled by the new owners. Not large, but a comfortable small town place to stay. Convenient to the Rodeo Weekend activities. I will stay there again and will try the larger cabins next time. And, I would recommend the motel.

Well-Priced and Well-Kept
It's not the most luxuriant of hotels, by any means, but it is comfortable and clean. Amenities include a a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV in the room, an outdoor pool, and kitchens in the cabins (I was not in a cabin, though). Breakfast is free. The staff is friendly, and there is good eating within walking distance. There are mountains on all sides of the town, and the peak of Mt. Edith can be seen to the southwest, making for a lovely view. The town itself seems like a friendly, charming place, the occasional dilapidated building notwithstanding, and I will definitely be back on future trips out West.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Cabins are small but clean and convenient. We had some car trouble and were running late. I was impressed that the staff called me to see if everything was okay.

Works for me.
I stayed in what was probably their smallest and least attractive accommodation, right next to the pool, but noise was not a negative factor. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, which is what I want. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location as convenient at the other option in town.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are a unique property as to each room and cabin are distinctly different and the price reflects so. Within the booking engine, each room has photos of the actual room as the main page has various room photos. I hope that when you are in town again, you will stay with us. Perhaps booking one of the Cabins would be a better fit!
