While we didn’t use the hot tub, it was spotless, had nice towels and was ready to go. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs and the front door is several steps above the parking area, for those with mobility problems. The management company, ARRIVED, is the gold standard for all to follow. Their communications were exceptional, with top notch friendly and caring staff.Northern Lights is a stone’s throw from the town of White Salmon and just across the Columbia River from Hood River. Just a heads-up, there is no BBQ grill. There are two large wooden decks, and safety considerations do not allow for outdoor cooking. The reviews on this exceptional property speak volumes. It was so welcoming and comfortable and the host checked in periodically to see if they could be of additional assistance. I understand that someone was checking out the day of check in. The cleaning staff left around 3:00pm but we had to stand out in the cold until the lock released at 4:02\. This house was perfect! Bigger than expected, with beautiful views of Mt Hood. It does have a basement unit, from which you can hear all sounds when you’re in the living room.
