Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. « Chuck and Kelli were great hosts. I needed an iron, and Kelli provided it right away. We had everything we needed...coffee maker, refrigerator, comfy bed, charging stations, guide on what to eat and where to visit. Sweetie Pies was a great recommendation for breakfast on Main St. We went there twice! The property is filled with fruit trees, chickens, two kitties, and a lovely patio. If we go back to Placerville, we'll definitely stay here. »

« Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. »

« My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! »
