We had easy access to a local open space property, with lots of trails to explore, so one hardly needed to travel to enjoy the hills. That said, there is easy access to I89 and to the resources of the Upper Valley. The house itself has a design echoing of a multistory tree house- not so large that it is overwhelming, but there is ample common space but also varies places to have some privacy. One of the best houses I've rented from VRBO. Beds were great, bathrooms well equipped and kitchen had everything we needed. So many enjoyable spots to relax. Great walking trail just up the road. It suited our needs for 3 adults, 2 teens and a tween. There was great space to spread out or to gather - multiple sitting rooms and living areas. The back deck overlooking the field was by far my favorite part of the house. We started every day out there with coffee and ended each day relaxing while taking in the view. The property is very well managed - we had a minor issue with the hot water soon after arrival and they were right on top of it. It was fixed ASAP.
