This place is beautiful but I found several baby roaches in the bathroom draw kitchen floor and one above our bed. We are both currently sick with a stomach bug.

Staff was great. Melissa at the front desk A 1 customer service and very helpful. Perfect property for a long stay , just having a well kept full kitchen in the room. Just a positive exprience staying here . Highly recomend staying here. Will stay here again in the future.

I arrived 4 hours early for check in due to a storm in the area and they were able to accomadate my needs to stay safe. Very happy they got a room ready for me even though I arrived earlier.

This place is a gem. Had a long travel day was greeted by front desk staff Jessica. She was so professional and accommodating. Even let us check in alittle early. The room was perfect and very clean. Housekeeping was efficient and so friendly. The breakfast was good!

My experience at the residence inn was excellent in every way. It is so relieving to walk into the lobby and feel welcomed with smiles. The room is perfect and offers all the best amenities. It’s gone away from home.

I didn't appreciate being assigned a room that wasn't cleaned prior. Also, the fireplace didn't work. I contacted the front desk, maintenance came up and basically said it was beyond his ability to fix and someone else would be there the next day to fix it. I was there six days, never happened. Residence Inn is usually my go-to hotel, but service like this will make me look elsewhere. The rooms weren't cleaned the same daily. From person to person, they do what they want. No consistency. They were very apologetic and that's it. They never offered to make good on the errors. If booking through a third party makes guests seem not as important, then I'll think twice about that as well. These rooms cost too much to only get apologized to. Either handle your business or offer some type of credit.
