First when we got there at 4 rooms were not ready. It was 4 families we all had our own reservations. At that time I got my room I usually always check intensively I found 4 bugs (bed bugs, pictured included). I let them know and they changed the room. Then the manager unruly walked up To me and said they were not bed bugs. I work in a shelter I know what a bed bug looks like. Next, the new room they have me had a very bad ant problem. Ants on the wall (videos included) then they somehow were on the bed. I had to stay with a friend for the night in her room because it was really bad.

I like that they offer free breakfast. But, i have stayed there a few times and they serve the same thing all the time. Scramble eggs, and hot sliced sausage. I wish they would switched it up, regular sausage, omlettes, bacon anything!!! But, it is no suprise when you go eat breakfast there. You know what they serving. Other than the very limited breakfast selection. It is a decent place to stay and they just renovated it so, it looks very modern.

I liked that the property has an indoor pool. It was my main reason for choosing it. Unfortunately, the website doesn't state that the pool is only available on weekends. While i was there on the weekend, the pool was only open on Sunday from 9 - 12noon. Had I'd known that, I might have looked elsewhere.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was polite. Only thing I was disappointed in was their indoor pool is only open on the weekend, so my children didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Free breakfast was a plus and one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

PROS Check in was smooth and easy, the morning continental breakfast was not crowded as it usually is at most hotels. The hotel was rather quiet even though there was small groups of families and professionals staying there. The gym had enough equipment to get in a good full body workout. CONS The pool is ONLY open on weekends which is not advertised online. The breaktfast was lack luster with the AGM complaining that she was doing things that were not part of here job. We called ahead to name that we would be checking in closer to 6pm and even upon arrival at 545 our room was not ready (a double queen), we were offered an accessible room which had more space but was right outside the elevator (which we did NOT want) and resulted in a very noisy night with all the traffic of a young group of people. Check in was smooth however the young lady who was checking us in was distracted by her personal cell phone and criticizing a family group who appeared to be of hispanic decent by saying to her AA coworker "I don't know why we Spanish people have to be so loud all the time especially when we are right next to one another". I found this extremely unprofessional and offensive as there were other guests checking in at the same time and there was no way of her knowing the ethnicity of us or them.

The front desk wouldn’t give us a key when we checked in. They said the room was not ready yet check in is at 3pm. They charged me for parking 13.00. I have always loved Hampton Inn this one we won’t be staying at again!

I stayed in the second floor(221) and above me the whole night people were talking, walking or doing something. I called the front office twice and they told me they will take care of the issue but nothing happened. I asked to be transferred to another room and they said there are no extra rooms. Even more disappointing…. I was complaining to one of the ladies at the front desk during checkout and she could not even give me her full attention. I have stayed at Comfort Inns a number of times, this is my 1st disappointment.

I stayed here one night, upon entering the hotel it is really nice, front desk is just straight to the point not very welcoming…..once you go up to the rooms the hallways are long, dark & old fashioned it’s not joyous. Once inside the room the setup is nice however the room had a weird odor & I did notice the room was not cleaned correctly, the bathroom door handles had brown stains, the toilet had hair, & the worst part 2 of the pillow cases on the pillows don’t seemed they were changed they were stained & the sheets were itchy. Overall for the price of one night I would not stay here again

The wash cloth were so rough on your body. Front desk woke me up at 7:40 to asked if my room was flooded. I told them no i didnt used it this morning, 5 minutes later there was a loud knock on the front door. This guy was asking the same question and he told me he'd be back to check the room. This was a horrible stay for me.

Check in is 3 pm correct? That’s what you state on your website, we checked in around 5 because room was not ready, pool and bar were closed. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Worst place I’ve ever stayed
