« The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 teenage children. There was plenty of room to spread out. « The check in process was fine. It was my fault for not fully reading all of the details, especially the trash situation which is odd. The house was great but the air conditioning was so unbalanced that we had to close the bottom floor registers just so the upstairs would get close to the same temp. The kitchen was fine. The furniture was fine. The beds were less than enjoyable. Some had moisture barriers which was odd for a queen bed. There are definitely things that can be improved with these...

« We visit Norris Lake near end of every summer to spend some time as a family before our kids head back to high school/college. First time trying this cottage and we LOVED it! Great location at the end of a quiet cove. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, evening fires, and our Springs Dock boat rental. We look forward to renting this one again this year! »

« Had a great week with family and the house was top-notch! The house was the perfect size for our family, everyone had their own bedroom/bath. We enjoyed the dock and Powder Mill cove is wonderful...the neighbor even provided an enjoyable fireworks show! Nancy was the perfect host and provided information and responded to questions quickly! The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were so helpful...the only thing I would add/change is adding a faster coffee maker or maybe having 2! »
