Super hôtel avec service moyen au déjeuner
Super hôtel, fraîchement rénové et bien situé. Nous avons loué un studio, grande chambre avec coin cuisine et coin salon. Le seul bémol serait le service du déjeuner. La nourriture et la variété étaient correct, cependant le service était chaotique. L’hôtesse ne devrait pas quitter son poste d’accueil pour tenter de vider les tables (car elle était pas très efficace). Pour une petite salle à manger de type « buffet » les rôles devraient être séparés : un busboy qui monte et ramasse les tables un serveur qui accueille les gens dès qu’ils sont assis, qui explique le fonctionnent du déjeuner et qui apporte « l’addition » des l’arrivée (on ne peut rien commander à la carte de toute façon le matin), un autre personne qui fait le service du café (et surtout qui offre des remplissages !) et les gens rapportent leurs additions à l’hôtesse en sortant (donc elle peut fermer la facture et libérer la table dans le système de réservation afin que celle-ci soit remonter et que des clients puissent prendre places rapidement). Sinon, engager seulement des busboys et installer des stations à café, les gens pourront se servir à leur guise. Sinon les employés de l’accueil sont très bien.

This was one of, if not the best roadside inn we have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible, even sending a text before we arrived to confirm our arrival time. The room was spacious, next level clean, and the perfect location near Wildcat Mountain. The hot tub was a welcome perk. We loved our stay here, highly recommend!

Our room was comfortable and clean. The fresh-looking bathroom felt very homey and cute. Parking and location were very convenient. Within walking distance to our favorite Gorham restaurant Yokohama. The only downsides were that the window shades in the front window did not cover the window completely, so the bright light from the parking lot came through at night, the window in the bathroom could not be opened, and the beds were slightly less firm than I would like.

we came up for a snowboard weekend at wildcat mountain. Our stay was perfect! The staff was great, our room was very clean, the bed was very comfy, and there was a fridge to hold all of our drinks and snacks. There were a few nice dining options near the hotel that we tried out and loved! I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone!
