We loved the two level condo with loft and the indoor pool and hot tub. The location is somewhat remote and tough to find food in a pinch. But we enjoyed our stay again. We will be back.

Had a fantastic stay here! The staff are incredibly friendly and there were a lot of unique features like a petting zoo on the property. I also thoroughly enjoyed the private balcony and view, in-room bath tub, and comfortable premium bedding. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room. I found a used bar of soap in the shower and I had to clean the bottom of the bath tub before use.

I liked the view from our patio door. Quiet and clean. We were missing a plug in the kitchen sink so we used the stainless steel bowl to wash our dishes. Easy fix. The hot tub and pool were clean and fun to enjoy! Clean accommodations and helpful fast service with the tv !! Bonfire by the pond was a nice touch. My favourite was seeing the three sheep. Looking forward to staying again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here, enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub in the snow. Location is perfect for a ski getaway. Rooms were clean and staff were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Staff were great and overall this resort’s amenities are great. My biggest issue is with the “penthouse” unit we got. The view is amazing but the unit is outdated. TV is not a smart tv and doesnt support any sharing/casting from your device. Chromecast at the very least would be nice! The kitchenette is horrible. It’s just a sink and a shelf above it. So when you wash the dishes where do you put them to dry? Or if you heat up the food in microwave? There is just nowhere to put anything. The sink is hard to operate and has sharp edges, we both cut ourselves just trying to turn off the water. Fridge is tiny too. The thermostat screen is brighter than the sun and there is no way to dim it, we had to literally cover it up with something to be able to sleep. Fireplace is just for display, it doesnt actually make any heat. Overall I dont think it’s worth its money and I wouldn’t stay again.

The Nordic Village is located in a very scenic area with beautiful grounds. Out unit was equipped with a full kitchen and has fireplace. It also has a balcony which we used.

Room was very dated, 70’s decor,. Shower was dirty and had curly hairs still in it, unrepaired hole in the ceiling, stains on the rug. Water heater was leaking and smelled of mold. We have rented units here in past years, never been this bad.

Cool spot. The amenities here are really nice. Good views of fall foiliage. Beds were comfortable. Although no extra sheets provided for pull out beds unless you drive to the main office. The main office people were really informative about the area.

It started off great till I opened the first door and found my husband would have to do stairs. Thats why I asked for a ground floor. Stairs to the basement apt. He went down on his bum to deal with it. Then there was all the missing light bulbs. 2 in bedroom, `1 in bathroom, and 1 in living room. The bed room tv worked but the living room tv after 40 mins I finally got it hooked up to get only a few stations. Then comes the kitchen, thought I was getting a full kitchen. Got a freezer that froze the veggies and micro and toaster oven, coffee pot and reg toaster that set the smoke detector. The view, was wonderful, the bed comfortable but the bedding was heavy and hot for sleeping. But for the most part it was ok, just not great like I hoped. I did the planning for the vacation, so how many times I was apologizing to my husband for this and that made for a bummer.

Most mixed I've ever felt about a place. Pros: Weve stayed all over the white mountains and wanted to stay somewhere new and the location is absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed the area to say the least. The amenities were WONDERFUL. I LOVED the pools and the grounds and the playground and the fire and the fitness center and it was all VERY well kept. Service was also great. The room was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. Cons: there was dirty laundry and underwear left in the bedroom closet and the closet door was off its hinges when we got there. Yikes. We asked them to come get it and they did but I've never experienced that for sure. Certainly made me feel like the room was not clean although it otherwise appeared clean. The jacuzzi did not work; we fortunately didn't go there for that. Some of the living room furniture was dilapidated like those you'd put in a basement room for kids after years of use, not for guests. The kitchen appliances were old and one of the burners randomly stopped working then started again while we were cooking. The kitchen was not appropriately stocked: one small skillet, no can opener, etc. The living room tv was impossible to use there were about 10 remotes (not exaggerating) and the guide was inaccurate but we eventually figured it out.

Definitely took advantage of the jacuzzi after a day long effort on Mt. Washington. If you are in the Zurich unit, the access road has some speed bumps on that hill. Also some serious frost heaves so go slow!
