"I enjoyed they had a hot tub. It was very nice after zip lining and climbing around at SOAR. Just a great way to end the day. Also the staff was phenomenal and very helpful with different eateries and restaurants in the area."

"Shuttle/bus service is amazing...drivers courteous and helpful....however....after our Grand Ole Opry show, we waited in area where driver told us to.....bus never arrived...several older women were left stranded and alone so I hired an Uber to bring them back to the resort. Otherwise, the stay was lovely....beautiful surroundings, happy and helpful staff, easy check-in/out.....amazing resort!"

"Facility was clean, beds were comfortable, rooms was clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only complaint that i have is there were no blackout curtains so the lights from the parking lot where shining right is our face all night"
