White Horse Pike Vacation Packages

Overall, the property was clean. Staff is nice room was very comfortable. The Internet was great. I did not like it from the moment to step into the elevator from the parking garage. If you are overwhelmed with the smell of stale smoke it’s everywhere it’s in the carpet. It’s in the room even if you’re in a non-smoking room the stench was in my clothes. It was in my skin my hair I wonder for those people who smoke and they’re fine. What are they doing with that money because they obviously are not cleaning the carpet that alone would be the only reason why I would not go back to the hotel. As far as the casino staff was friendly. I went during the week so you didn’t have to fight to get to a slot machine or anything like that, but for me personally there wasn’t a lot of variety for the slot machines. Every time I took my card that I just got and placed it into the machine it couldn’t read it so that was disappointing, but I did notice that the parking was free, which was great, but I can’t confirm, but it did not appear to be secure at one point I went outside and I sat in my car for about an hour and a half and never saw a security guard and that’s a little concerning I didn’t notice any cameras but again I could’ve overlooked them. I will say when I did come back to my vehicle. My vehicle was parked right where I left it. No one bothered it but still the risk is there if there is no security.

Everything was excellent! Very clean room, spacious shower, staff very accommodating

One night stay for local event room was basic but clean. The hotel was safe and quiet. We stayed at the Claridge 2 weeks earlier and paid 3 times the money for a dirty dark room. This is a simple family run property, so if you just need a clean quiet room this works.
