"Property was clean and comfortable. Check in was super easy. Host clearly communicated all details needed. Lake access was less convenient than I had anticipated. And view hidden unless you are outside. It was beautiful once outside, however. Would stay here again anytime!"

"We had a nice stay. Ample parking for our truck and bass boat. Close ramp from the property. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is a studio, one bedroom but is designed well to not feel cramped for my husband, myself, and our dog. The thoughtful extras went a long way. The coffee, snacks, bottles of water, were a nice surprise. Also, the bathroom was very clean. Well stocked towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Not all VRBO’s have this included. One thing, which I’ve noticed in others rentals please get a full length mirror. Great bed. Easy to use TV. Extra comforter and pillows. We fished all day and relaxed when we got back. We bbq’d but was too hot for a fire. A/C worked great. You are on the property of the owner. Can’t remember if that was in the listing but we certainly had no issue with this. Thanks for having us."

"First I will say that the property’s location is awesome. Those views are amazing! However the property was a little more dirty than I expected. I know we were in the woods but ceilings fans haven’t been cleaned in a while, and there was a lot of dirt in the bathroom and on the window sills. The ice maker didn’t work and the hot tub wasn’t useable at all and had gross white stuff in it. Otherwise it was good and the appliances were nice and bathrooms upgraded. The pull out sofa wasn’t comfortable at all so just know that but the other beds were good. Britney was very nice and communicated well!"
