At the water’s edge, you’ll find a spacious dock (40 ft. by 20 ft.) extended last year, perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or launching the canoe provided. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO! The design of the house was just gorgeous. Everything inside was beautifully laid out and made it super easy for all of us to settle in and enjoy. We had plenty of parking, and the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and really pleasant to walk around. Being so close to the lake and all the amenities we needed was a huge bonus.Our host was fantastic! Very communicative and quick to answer any questions we had. Directions and instructions were super clear, and everything was just a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

#### Great location, beautiful home!

We loved the location! It was just a short 45 minute drive to the city. The home is beautiful and clean. We had a great time kayaking and fishing in the lake. Maria is very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful experience here.

#### The Best Spot/Host Anyone Could Ask For

I very much enjoyed staying at Maria's house in Stoufville. The location was sublime, the neighbourhood was incredible, and the overall vibe of the area is unbeatable. Maria herself is probably one of the best hosts I've ever interacted with. Always attentive and excited to have people over in the space. It won't be long before she is a Superhost if she isn't already. I highly highly recommend this place. They even have Sonos speakers in the walls to crank the good times.Recommend 100%.
