I have to say, this experience exceeded all my expectations: (online) communication with Margie was pleasant, precise, and prompt; surprising number amenities were included; location was central and accessible; accommodations were very well-maintained, clean, hospitable, safe and quiet. We even had a charming private terrace in the back. The price was extremely competitive. Would definitely use again. In fact, I can't imagine staying anywhere...

"Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong....

"I came from Florida to Toronto on a solo trip. When I arrived here I had to wait 20 min to get access to my room because I was never sent instructions. I was told to use the key pad, which was finicky and then a guy saw me struggling so he helped and was actually able to push the door open. It was not even locked. (I told the owner this and no response- not safe!) I packed enough clothes to last me a few days because it clearly states under the amenities that you can do laundry during your stay....

"This is a basic hotel- nothing fancy. It is clean, had everything listed ( hair dryer, soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner......) Breakfast of cereal, muffins, bagels with butter, jams, cream cheese and peanut butter available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here numerous times. "
