The story was that the owner was ill and had used an independent cleaner. The place was shockingly dirty, cobwebs, dust, old food in the fridge/freezer. The oven was dirty, the pots pans etc were oily. Even after the owner came to clean after I complained were were unable for example to cook breakfast a single time in 4 mornings due to the pan being unable to be used. The only way I could cook was using ready meals with foil over the oven tray.
