"No booking"
No arriving the hotel staff couldn't find my booking which was made in April 2015. Was told not a problem as there was rooms available if I would like to bring my bags in they were sure they would be able to find my booking . After a couple of call the booking was found. Did feel a little upset as the email I received from your Webb site said I didn't need to follow up the booking as a check.

"Comforts of home! With some perks."
The check-in process was easy especially since we knew ahead of time to check in at The Legends. We were spoiled by the heated floors in the bathroom (big time perk). It was nice to have a full size kitchen and separate bedroom (comforts of home). It was clean and quiet. It was in walking distance to several places to eat and a market for supplies. The parking garage was very nice (another perk). I liked going from the garage to the elevator to our unit. We didn't have to trudge through a typical busy lobby like you would have to with traditional hotels. It felt like we were going to and from our "home" rather than our "room". It gave the feeling of privacy and security.

"Perfect stay"
Amazing! The hotel staff greeted us right away and had us in our room as soon as it was ready. I was concerned when I booked that the studio suite was going to be small and not as luxurious as the larger rooms but when we entered I was amazed at how beautiful the room was and how well they used the space. High ceilings and the layout of the room with an extendable TV, built in kitchen, gas fireplace and stunning mind was blown! The lake is stunning and the hotel provided complimentary bikes, canoes and kayaks. About a 5km bike ride to whistler village or a 5 minute drive was perfect to get to see everything without being right in the village busyness. We didn't visit the restaurant or lounge while we were there but both looked comfortable with fires and beautiful lighting everywhere. Loved loved loved this lodge and will definitely be going back to stay!
