Very good location and friendly staff. With this said, it doesn't meet the expectations of a good four seasons. It has the same problem as the Puna Mita Four Seasons Resort. The hotel restaurant and facilities can't accommodate both the hotel guests and the residents (time share owners). We couldn't get a reservation at the restaurant all week and the maid service was so stretched that they were cleaning our rooms at 4 pm. Getting a cup of coffee in the morning took 30 minutes. The staff tries their best but it doesn't work during high demand periods.

House keeping may need some supervision. They failed to clean our room once and no the do not disturb sign was not on the door. We left our room by 0645 and returned at 1700 and nothing was done. No sign of house keeping. turn down service was not offered one night also. The restaurants were good. As well as the pool and spa. The ski valet is a great feature. All staff on the resort get two thumbs up. The vibe is cool there. Book a room, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back!

"At the center of Whistler village"
It is located at the center of Whistler village center and so is close to the lift and restaurants and shops. The room is very clean and relatively big but the double bed is a bit small for two people and I feel they actually have plenty room for a queen bed. The shower system has some room to improve too. Parking requires extra fee which is not cheap.

"Nice hotel except for parking issue"
A really pleasant and easy stay marred only by a dispute about parking charges which to date the hotel management have maintained despite promises to remove them from the bill. I parked at the hotel for 2 of the 7 nights, moving my car to the much cheaper and equally convenient convention center parking ($10 p/ rather than $34). The hotel charged us for all 7 nights. I obligingly provided copies of the CC parking charges but so far - 5 days later - the charges have not been removed. I would have assumed the onus of responsibility, not to mention good customer relations, would result in the hotel reimbursing these charges even ahead of any dispute, let alone when a paying customer has made the effort to prove not-parking, while they haven't even tried to prove I did park there. Of such small things are decisions about where to stay made when there are so many other options.

"Cozy place with an easy walk into the village"
This was a great place to stay for a family of 6, with the youngest being 17. We were a little worried about the walk into and back from the village, but it was really no big deal. Anyone that can ski for 3 out of 4 days shouldn't be bothered by such a short walk, and the lodge's shuttle is running so frequently that it's fun to jump in occasionally. The kitchen is well appointed in the rooms. We had everything we needed to make breakfast before skiing as well as dinner on a few nights when we didn't want to go out into the village. The local Whistler grocery store had everything we needed to stock the refrigerator. Plenty of storage space for our stuff, though we rented boards and skis in the village and stored those at the rental place instead of at the lodge. Other guests seemed to be storing and grabbing their skis with no issues every morning, so I expect the ski locker they provide is just fine. The staff was wonderful, offering helpful advice and answering all the questions we had. Our kitchen was missing a corkscrew, and they brought one up quite promptly as soon as we called. Two jacuzzis by the pool with easy access. We never needed laundry faciliies, but it was nice to know the 1st level has machines to use. The fireplace in the room only allows for chemical logs (like Duraflame), and the front desk sells these for a reasonable price. A great experience, and would stay here again!

"Good Hotel, but thin walls."
The staff was excellent. It was a short walk to the lifts. The walls were somewhat thin. We could hear people in other rooms quite well, but luckily it quieted down at night. The hot tub jets were broken when we where there, but the water was hot. If it is not too busy, they may match the parking rate for the lot across the street.

"Good Value for Central Location"
This is a well run moderate hotel. The room size is small and closet space short but positives were the in suite washer and dryer and full kitchen. Water pressure in shower very good. Staff was exceptional with requests dealt with immediately. Detergent, extra coffee and towels supplied at front desk.

"Very nice hotel close to Whistler"
This hotel is an excellent option. We stayed at a 2B-2B and it was like a cozy apartment with balcony. It was very clean and cozy. The only thing is that the fridge was noisy, and if you are a light sleeper it may bother you in one of the rooms. It is about 25min from Whistler. The town is pretty quiet (specially compared to Whistler), but there are some restaurants and supermarkets. Totally recommended.
