Dear Joao, Thank you for sharing your recent experience, and we are glad to hear that you had great time during your stay. We apologized that the breakfast is not included to make your stay more convenient. Due to lack of the kitchen facility, we do not operate a restaurant on our own, yet our central location in the village gives the unique advantage to our guests to be close to many restaurants in the town with great breakfast option. Once again, thank you for staying with us, and we are hoping to see you soon again whenever your travel brings you back to Whistler. Sincerely, Christine Relief Duty Manager

Nice hotel in a great location in Whistler Village

Posted 3-Mar-2017
Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, in-room washer/dryer and dishwasher, and proximity to main ski village
Location: Located just outside the heart of Whistler Village. Very easy walk to tons of different bars / restaurants and both ski gondolas
I spent a week in Whistler with my girlfriend in February. The Delta hotel is in a perfect location in Whistler Village - far enough away from the main part of the Village to be quiet at night, but also close enough so you can walk to grab your skis and hit the mountain in the morning. In our room, we really enjoyed the fireplace and thought the room was a great size for two people. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer almost every day. The outdoor area has a nice heated pool, two outdoor hottubs, and one indoor hottub and a sauna - we used these every night when we were done skiing. It was extremely helpful on sore legs. We would certainly stay in the Delta hotel again if we returned to Whistler.

Pros: Loved the staff... especially the guys who helped with the bags.
Cons: Thicker walls
Location: Close to the slopes. What else is there?
Terrific staff. Thin walls. Heard a nearby disco into all hours of the night

Staff was very friendly, very responsive in our asks and very helpful with information regarding restaurants, things to do. However, I expected the check in/ lobby area to be more inviting and cozy with a fire place or so. I liked the shuttle to the ski lift. The resort was in the village walking to shops and restaurants and ski lift if you wanted.

Great service. Friendly staff. We had a couple of issues in the room but they were very swift to fix them. Free ski storage at the base of mountain was an unexpected bonus!!!

Best ski vacation

Posted 25-Feb-2017
Great proximity to ice skating, sledding, restaurants, shopping, and of course skiing! Indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzis are fun for kids and parents. Great ski equipment storage onsite too!

Nice Hotel within a short walk to EVERYTHING

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Nice hotel. We stayed in a small 1 bedroom suite that was perfect for our needs. I used the spa and pool after skiing and the area was never too crowded and was clean. They do charge for parking, which was a drag, but not unusual for the village hotels. My only real complaint is that there was a weird food stain on the carpet in the living room that was really noticeable.

Fair hotel near shops 8 minute.walk from slopes

Posted 21-Feb-2017
Definitely not the 4 star hotel its inroom commercials advertise. Outdated. Cheap renovation, already rundown hallways, carpeting and doors-chipped and scraped up. Good beds. Great staff. Filthy kitchen. Grime on counters, applicances and cabinets. Very unappetizing environment to make a meal. Free shuttle to slopes but 8 minute walk not ideal with gear.
