nice place

Hotel was really nice and clean, very comfortable. Only thing is our itinerary said the room had a balcony and mountain view, and upon arrival we discovered we had no balcony and it was not mountain facing. We didn't care about either of these things so we weren't disappointed but I would suggest accurate itineraries going forward so as not to disappoint future guests. The room was a little cold despite having the fireplace on. All in all we loved it, located in the village and it was lovely.

Convient close to shops. Although the location is right above a night club and they don't tell you that so it was very loud all night.

Wonderful Location

Posted 7-Oct-2016
Pros: Warm cookies in the afternoon and great granola bars in the morning
Cons: Dog hair on the furniture in the room.
Location: Location offered access to everything in the village
This was a great choice with comfortable rooms and a parking garage in the village. A ramp from the hotel to the village allowed access without having to use the stairs.

Pros: French Press coffee in room. Chocolate chip cookies in Lobby. Comfortable bed and pillows. electric fireplace. Bathrobes and slippers.
Location: Walkable to everything in the village. Good breakfast right across from the Lobby.
Small and quiet hotel close to everything. Fall in whistler is really beautiful. Very modern hotel with lots of personal touches!

I've been going to Whistler for past 10 years and this is the first time I stayed at Adara hotel and I had a horrible experience. Front desk staff were very unprofessional and snobby. Room service was busy the whole 2 day we were there and we had a hard time getting a hold of any staff. The front desk employee was never at his desk, and when we checked out he charged me a bunch of extra charges that to this day I still don't understand why. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste your money, there are a ton of other decent hotels with WAY better service and quality.

Convenient location, nice staff, but noisy at night due to the night club and the air conditioning. At least ear plugs were provided.
