Things to Know The fitness room is located on the lobby level, which is also the 2nd level in the D-wing. Standard hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. Use the key card provided during check-in to access. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. The lack of clean water was concerning being told not to drink the water and to boil it if we do was extremely concerning and unexpected in Whistler. With the boil water information, hotel did not provide clean drinking water for guests. The elevator next to this room goes straight down to the center of whistler village, the hot tup, gym and to the parking lot.
