The Space:
Bedroom: King bed, West Elm style, Smart TV, Netflix, cable, 2 side tables, mirrored closet, shelves for storage, A/C, plenty of hangers, two luggage racks.
Open Concept Living, Dining and Kitchen Area: Full-sized sofa bed (aka double), gas fireplace, Smart TV, Netflix, cable, PVR, dining table (4 chairs), fully-equipped kitchen with heated floors.
Bathroom: The spa bathroom features a rain-head shower, back-lit mirror with defogger, heated floors, and numerous high-end upgrades. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with luxurious towels, linens & plush throws. We love to feel pampered when we go on Holiday and we want you to feel that way too!

Air Conditioning: Our home has A/C in the bedroom only. However, there’s a booster fan in the wall that our electrician installed that moves the cool air from the bedroom into the living room and kitchen areas. Did you know that only 30% of 1 bedrooms in Whistler have A/C? Choose our suite… there’s no need to suffer.
Guest Access:
Suite Access: Access information will be provided 3 days before our guest's scheduled arrival date.
Underground Parking Access: During the Winter months (Nov 1st-Mar 31st) only Pay Parking is available at The Aspens. After April 1st, free street parking is available, but extremely limited. The secure underground parking at the Aspens is pay parking only. Tickets may be purchased from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance. Parking costs $25.00 per 24 hour period. Parkade height is 6 feet 6 inches tall. The machine takes Canadian $2 / $1 coins, Visa, Amex, and MC

Getting Around:
Free Village Shuttle: Another bonus of booking with us is that our neighbourhood is one of the few areas serviced by Whistler’s Free Village Shuttle all year long. It stops on the road in front of our complex every 15 minutes in winter and 30 minutes in shoulder season.
We also highly recommend exploring Whistler by bike (Summer / Fall). There’s an amazing network of trails throughout Whistler making exploring the area car-free a breeze!

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED: The Suite Life™ Whistler is a luxury vacation rental management company in Whistler BC Canada. We’re dedicated to elevating our Guests’ stay and providing our Owners with peace of mind. To that end, we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest (aka Superhog), a leading Vacation Rental Guest-Screening provider.
Our company policy requires guests to be independently verified and to eSign our rental agreement: Immediately following your booking request, you’ll receive an email containing two secure links: 1) a link to e-sign our Rental Agreement, and 2) a link to verify your details and ID.
Without completing these steps, you will not be able to receive your access details.
During this process, you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay.
CANCELLATIONS: We are firm on our cancellation policy and will not be offering additional refunds outside of it. Guests are responsible for purchasing the appropriate travel insurance and/or trip cancellation insurance to cover themselves and their trip.
We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
General Cancellation Policy (40 Days Notice Required): Guests will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least forty (40) days before the Check-In Date. Guests will receive a 50% refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation between thirty-nine (39) days and twenty-two (22) days before the Check-In Date. Guests who cancel twenty-one (21) days before the Check-In Date are not entitled to a refund of the Rental Fee or the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable.
Christmas / New Years Cancellation Exception (90 Days Notice Required): Guests who reserve the Property during the dates of Dec 16, 2024 - Jan 3, 2025, and Dec 15, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026, and Dec 14, 2026 - Jan 3, 2027 inclusive (“Holiday Dates”), will receive a full refund of the Rental Fee, including the Reservation Deposit and the Damage Deposit or Damage Waiver, if applicable (minus $50.00 admin fee and credit card processing fees) if they cancel their reservation at least ninety (90) days before the Check-In Date. For Holiday Dates cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, there is no refund unless the Replacement Guest books the cancelled dates. We will always refund guests to the extent that we replace them with another guest.
