### Stunning 5 Star one level townhouse Blueberry Hills Deer Run

Newly listed with iTrip Vacations- We proudly present Deer Run 205.  
Not your typical rental- you will love this beautiful executive, spacious one level townhouse. Stylish high-end furnishings though-out.   
One level 1200 sqft townhouse in peaceful Deer Run complex in Blueberry Hills.  
No neighbors above or below providing a quiet 5 Star accommodations.  
Renovated recently throughout with quality and modern decor, open plan living for family gathering and both bedrooms are located at far end of suite for privacy.  
Separate mud room/ ski room entry to keep your gear dry and warm.  
Living room: very spacious and bright area with elegant touches of artwork, custom shelving, Gas fireplace and wall mounted big screen TV.   
Note - both TVs are set for your streaming services. No cable.   
Sofa converts to queen sleeper if needed. Entire wall of windows with Automatic Remote blinds provides light and privacy.  
Kitchen has large center island, 3 bar stools, under counter lighting and full size appliances. The kitchen has all our basic cooking needs, just bring groceries.   
Master bedroom has luxurious King bed, automatic remote lighting controls, wall mounted TV, extra large storage and spa-like beautiful bathroom.  
2nd Bedroom with two comfortable twin beds, closet space and 2nd full bathroom just off the entry.  
Need to do laundry? No problem as this home has new large stackable laundry in the hallway closet for all your laundry needs.  
We have Pack n Play and high chair to make your stay more comfortable if travelling with small children.  
One Covered FREE parking space, plus visitor stalls if needed.  
Ski / Village Access:  
The Townhouse is in a 3 building cluster of townhomes called Deer Run in Blueberry Hills. You are only a few minute drive, or 15 minute walk.  
Alternatively the amazing transit system Whistler on route 6, drops you off at the base of the mountain and you wont have to worry about parking.

Wonderful place! It was squeaky clean, super comfortable and beautiful! The bed was amazing and I am picky! Loved the location! We were a 3 minute drive from downtown but had perfect quiet. Hope to return.

Not 5 star. Maybe 3.5 Good: beds comfortable, good size, large dining table for groups Not good: Pubic hair in bathroom in check in. Front entry smells like a barn (rugs need to be washed or replaced), playpen wasn’t in unit (even though I called to confirm) and high chair was a broken. Kitchen missing basic stuff like large salad bowls and storage containers for left overs. No fans for summertime and can get quite hot, have to leave all windows open and noise in morning and night that woke us up. Closest are unusable as they are filled with bedding and other stuff. Drawers are also filled with bedding so unusable. Overall just OK. Don’t say it’s 5 stars if it really isn’t. Decor is strange (clowns and strawberry theme as far as I can tell). It has been renovated but weirdly in some spots, for example the main bathroom ensuite skin is about 1 inch above my knee. Just needs more thoughtfulness, better cleaning and more clear instructions on how to use some of the features in the unit.

#### Lovely modern Townhouse

This was a really nice townhouse. It is conveniently just a short drive to the village. Being a townhouse there is no noise above or below from other suites. We appreciated the parking being located directly below the suite, and the nicely appointed covered patio and modern updates/features throughout.
