### Snowberry Condo in the Blackcomb Benchlands

Professionally managed vacation rental by Whistler Superior Properties.  
  
This comfortable 2-bedroom property is located within The Villas - Snowberry condominium complex in the quiet and popular Blackcomb Benchlands.  
  
The property is serviced by a complimentary shuttle for easy access to the slopes and Whistler Village and is only a few minutes’ walk from Whistler’s Upper Village and the Blackcomb Gondola base. Competent skiers can often ski right into Snowberry during the mid-winter months when the ski access trail is well covered. Snowberry is also a convenient home base for access to Lost Lake, Whistler’s Nordic Trails and the Fairmont Whistler Golf Course.  
  
Snowberry #22 is a beautiful corner unit with ground floor entry which opens into a spacious mudroom for equipment storage. The main level also houses the living room, a dining area with six-person dining table, a well-equipped and remodeled kitchen, one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with soaker tub and separate vanity sink. The well-lit living room opens onto a sizable deck with BBQ and features a “presto log” burning fireplace and large mounted Smart T.V. The upstairs master bedroom has large, lofted windows for natural light and offers an ensuite bathroom with shower. The bed configuration is a double bed and a twin sized bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom, king-sized bed in the upstairs bedrooms and a sofabed in the living area.  
  
In addition to the ideal location and charming interior, Snowberry at The Villas #22 also offers free underground parking, a private washer/dryer and complementary high-speed wireless internet.
