The condo was clean and spacious for a studio unit. Kitchen was nice and had all the basics. Murphy bed was pretty hard as all beds that fold into a cabinet usually are. Technology worked but could definitely use an update. Free parking was great and the patio would be nice in the warmer months. The unit sits above a busy parking lot so there is some noise but it’s also very convenient to be nearby everything you need. Groceries, drugstore, liquor store, post office and lots of choices for dining and quick bites.

Parking for free is a huge bonus. It is underground and secure. Location is great but the unit looks into the parking lot for the plaza and the snow plow comes by at about 5am for an hour. Bus service to the lift is just outside in easy walking distance.

Nice central location, close to everything (also means noisy at night as people were hanging out in the Marketplace parking lot and drinking until late at night). Apartment looks tired, needs a reno. No pots, luckily we were not planning to cook.

Great location, nice rooms
Great location, love being by Olympic plaza, groceries etc and an easy free shuttle to the gondolas. Room was spacious and clean. A few issues quickly resolved by Resortquest. Be careful on checkout, keypad locks right at 10am or even minutes before. It's not supposed to but it's the second time it's happened so beware. Into he process of following up with them about it as it is very unsafe to be locked out of you are not prepared.

We rent unit 348 and had a very good experience. Check in at Aspen hotel, a few minutes drive away, which was very quick and easy. They provided free parking on site. The location was great, just right next to Olympic plaza with a lot of restaurants and nice stroll in the village, free shuttle to ski lift. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We also liked it since it has a full kitchen with all necessary amenities to cook decent meals. There are 2 bathrooms in 1 bed room and a queen sofa bed unit. We had comfortable sleep for both nights even though there was some noises outside, but understandable because it's right in the central location. We highly recommend it.

Close to Marketplace and the bus line to the lifts. Besides that, everything about this property is so-so. No ski storage, so need to haul it 3 floors up. No in room washer/dryer. Basic kitchen amenities missing. No board games or kids books, which we have typically found in all other places we have stayed. We have been coming to Whistler every winter for more than 10 years, and this was definitely on the meh side. Places just across the street were better.

Spacious with a great view!
This is an older building right across the parking lot from the Marketplace in North Village. It appears they remodeled the hallways, but not the rooms themselves. Although a bit dated, everything in the room was in good condition and clean. The 1br unit is very spacious, somewhere around 500 sqft, according to the real estate brochures at the Re/Max office downstairs. Having the bench seat by the window as well as a patio was really great for enjoying the view with a cup of coffee (complimentary) in the morning. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cups/mugs, plateware, and silverware, as is the bathroom with towels. When we arrived, we realized they had not provided any shampoo. There were 2 bottles of lotion, so we suspected it was a housekeeping accident. A quick call to the front desk, and that was brought over later that day. Overall it was a good stay and I would not hesitate to book at this location again!

Pros: Spacious studio. Large closet. Clean. Parking included in price. Full bathroom. Cons: Shower/bath temperature control knob ergonomically difficult to grasp and turn when hands are wet or soapy. The property is well located for skiing or apres-ski. Have the check in off site is not ideal, but ok. In general, the property is old and everything is noisy (dishwasher, heater, microwave, the bed....). The Hot Tube (SPA) was only open from 10 am, where we enjoy SPA in the morning, that was very disappointing. For the price, was expecting more.

Difficult booking in procedure and access to the u
We had to go by car to another address to collect the keys, something we were not aware of. When we did get to the unit we couldn't open the door. We had to call the other hotel and wait until a maintenance man came. Over the next 18 hours they gave us three sets of keys which we had to giggle in the lock to get the front door open. The door jam was all broken as though someone had kicked the door in at some stage and it hadn't been repaired properly and the lock was difficult to open. The maintenance staff were friendly and did come but just gave us different keys to try. The location was great and we walked everywhere during our 3 day visit.

Good luck finding out where to check-in to this place. And if you don’t have a car be prepared for 2 x 30 minute walk up hill and back to check-in and check-out through the tecetiom of another hotel. Website told me to download their app to find check-in information and the phone number it supplied for answers was a bogus one. The rooms was decorated 25 years ago. I felt like I was at my grandmas. The Murphy bed although comfortable was broken. The cleaning staff would have known it was broken, but they never bothered to call it in. I did and had to wait hostage two hours for someone to fix it. There were empty beer cans on the porch when we arrived and the place smelled heavily of mold. Worst spot ever. We would have been better off sleeping in a parking garage.

Great Experience!
Location was at north end of the village with access to all amenities. Bus service to the gondolas is close by which was huge. Hotel staff were very good and responsive. Only negative is that the hot tub broke down two days before we left.

ResortQuest in Seplember
The resort is located at the market place which is next to the main village, a 2 minute walk. The market place has restaurants, coffeshops retail shops and supermarket. (Buy all you can at the supermarket they are much cheaper) We rented a car to get to Whistler but did not need it for the 3 days we where there. Every thing is near by. Check in was at a different location than the actual room. The room was spacious with a full kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and bedroom. No front desk or lobby. You get a electronic key to access the elevator and get to the hallway with many doors. (One of the doors is yours). No room service if you stay is shorter than 5 days wich was fine. Great place good location.

Only that the check in counter is far away and for people not familiar with the area it is a bit of hassle to check in with luggage. Also, there was no luggage storage services on location because the check out time was 10:00 am and our transportation was arranged to depart at 7:20 pm. Although the front desk offered a place closer to the location for storage solution but it was not feasible to tag our luggage on the snow covered predestrian path for even 2 blocks. Other than that, the overall stay has been good for us.

The condos are located at the end of Whistler Village. Very close proximity to all shops, food, and bars, and most importantly the mountain. We were able to walk to the mountain with our ski gear. Unfortunately, the room was VERY outdated. The sheets and comforter were ripped, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was only 1 pan, which was very old and difficult to cook in. I would not rent this place if you are looking to cook every meal and expecting a stocked kitchen.

Great location in the heart of Whistler village
The location of MarketPlace is awesome, close to shopping as well as walking distance to Whistler base for skiing. Our room had a kitchen with basic amenities (no extras like a coffee grinder). Bathroom was clean but the toilet was old and ran if you didn't toggle the handle. The room was stocked with a lot of towels which was great. Overall quite a basic, no frills room but for the price point it is a good deal in Whistler. Being above the large IGA parking lot it can be quite noisy, especially if there is snow overnight as the snow plows clear the parking lot first thing in the morning.

A look around at Whistler Village in the rain.
we went to whistler to ride the Peak2Peak gondola, but the weather did not cooperate. It was too cloudy but we saw other things and had a good two days. the hotel met all our expectation and had everything you would need for a longer stay during the winter ski season. Great kitchen facilities.

Good location but very outdated. Plumbing questionable sink didn't drain well, toilet took several flushes. Good check in with friendly helpful staff, prompt action on our malfunctioning Internet service, kitchen okay, fireplace worked well. Only one hot tub for entire large complex. On site staff appeared to be very hard working but the place,overall, needs a face lift.not great value for money

Trully Enjoyed my stay.
I was happily surprised that the kitchen appliances was upgraded. Though with the hot weather it would have been nice to have another fan in the suite. Next stop will be to upgrade the furnishings. Overall, I will recommend this place especially for those family that wanted to save as you can easily cook food all the time.

There was no air conditioning. The fan they supplied never even blew to help cool the room. Location was perfect. Probably best if booked in the winter season, not in +36 summer. Otherwise id prob stay there again, but not in the summer, unless i brought a portable ac along.

Great location at Whistler
Check in was a disaster. The lobby of this lodge had been closed, and there was no sign of where to go to get the key. Took 45 minutes of asking and searching, and finally the desk at another lodge got on the phone and internet and found our for us. Had to go to another lodge up the hill to check in. After that it was great. Our room looked out on the Olympic square and the lights on the trees. There was a Starbucks and a great "Whole Foods" type of market down stairs. Had the option of getting gourmet food and eating in the condo after a day of skiing. Very quiet. Free parking. Easy access, right at the entrance of Whistler Village walkway.

Check-in was challenging as there was no lobby, and instructions posted on door for driving to another place some distance away (in snow) with no map were a bit confusing and inconvenient. While room was OK, it was quite small even with Murphy bed up, lighting was poor, coffee maker was as cheap as they come and did not work properly, and kitchen utensils were from a thrift store at best. Checkout also was inconvenient and required driving some distance away.

Don't bother
Showed up after booking on hotels.com. No special instructions sent via email. Arrived at the hotel and the lobby was shutdown permanently. There was a note on the door that resort quest guests needed to go to a different hotel to check in. No phone to call, no directions to it, and I was traveling from out of the country with no cell service. After finding some free wifi and getting directions to the other hotel I arrived hoping to check in. No luck. They didn't know anything about the property, had no record of my reservation, and had no idea why I was there. 15 minutes later the hotel clerk said I need to travel to another location and they can help. I arrived at another lobby where they had no idea what I was doing there. Fortunately while he was shuffling through papers he received a call from the previous hotel and said I needed to check in at another hotel. Back in the car with some poor directions I finally arrived at a hotel that knew about my reservations at the hotel I was booked at. They gave me the instructions and key and I was able to access my room 2 hours after I had originally arrived. Stay somewhere else. It isn't worth it.

first of all my paperwork says check in at the glacier lodge, which I though would be close by, not! then I get there to find out I have to go to the Aspens. The room is not air conditioned, the bedroom only has an old uncomfortable double bed. Only two baths towels for the entire stay.
