Master was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good working order. We had cool weather but the master AC would be nice useful. Parking a touch confusing at first, but spot is directly under the unit and very handy. Another review mentioned the noise from Hwy 99, it's fairly loud but didn't bother us much aside from sitting on the balcony in the morning. Complex hot tub and pool were nice.
