It's about one km uphill from the main road (Highway 99), so not easily walkable but a quick drive to both Creekside and Whistler villages. One downside was the lack of air conditioning, the place was a sauna when we arrived and it was hard to sleep that night until the weather cooled down the next day. Also shower heads and pressure were not great.
