The Space:
Snow drifts quietly outside the tall windows while the warmth of the indoor fireplace fills the living space. After a day on the slopes, you can step onto the deck for fresh mountain air or sink into the private hot tub beneath the evening sky. With several gathering spaces and panoramic alpine surroundings, the home offers a comfortable setting to reconnect, relax, and unwind after time outdoors.
Living spaces
Three levels provide room to spread out while still bringing everyone together. The main living area centers around an indoor fireplace framed by expansive windows and vaulted ceilings, creating a welcoming place to warm up after winter adventures. A separate family room with TV offers another relaxed space for movie nights or quiet downtime. The media room includes a pool table and direct access toward the outdoor hot tub, giving guests another place to spend time together indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms. Two primary suites feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed, chaise lounge, and a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room adds extra convenience. On the lower level, a fifth bathroom includes a steam room for restorative downtime.
Kitchen & dining
Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. The space features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a wine fridge, along with a breakfast bar that seats five. A dining table for ten provides plenty of room for shared meals, morning coffee, or evenings gathered around the table after returning from the slopes.
Outdoor spaces
Multiple patios and decks offer ways to enjoy the alpine surroundings throughout the winter season. Relax in the private hot tub after a day skiing, gather beside the outdoor fireplace, or spend time on the patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. A private entrance provides easy access in and out of the home.
Ski access & neighborhood
The property offers seasonal ski-in/ski-out access. A ski-out trail suited to intermediate skiers is located a short walk away, while beginners can reach the private Kadenwood gondola with a short walk from the home. The gondola provides a quick ride to Creekside Village, where shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola connect guests to the mountain. Ski-in access is available via Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run trails, followed by a short walk from the road back to the house. Ski access is typically available from late December through March.
Amenities & conveniences
Guests have access to a free parking garage on premises along with driveway parking. The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace with desk, heating, portable fans, an indoor fireplace, and in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen allows guests to cook their own meals, and the property also offers patio or balcony access, backyard space, outdoor furniture, and BBQ grill facilities. Safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.
This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog for an additional fee, allowing your four-legged companion to join the mountain getaway. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals easy, and luggage dropoff allowed offers flexibility for early arrivals or late departures.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
