The coffee table/blanket box was worn and the hinges didn't work. The management company, Whistler Retreats, was responsive to try to rectify the situation (their representative Bryan actually went out on Christmas Eve and bought a small fireplace, incredibly). The problem was the "strata" of condo owners who owned the building, who would not reopen the hot tub and pool, despite it being the Christmas holidays, and no good reason being provided. The kitchen was adequately equipped for making the odd meal inside. The location was walking distance from Lost Lake Beach and good proximity to food options in the upper village.
