The company was very accomodating and even provided a pack n play for our baby to stay in with plenty of cozy baby blankets :) Only thing I would be weary of is the fact the pull out couch bed would not be a comfortable place to sleep without a mattress pad . Not sure if company provides these, but I would make sure to ask if you plan to sleep guests on pull-out .
