We had a great time staying at the Whistler Peak Lodge. The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Whistler Village, close to restaurants and stores. You can also walk to the Blackcomb gondola which takes you up to the Peak to Peak gondola! The room itself was satisfactory, however Expedia listed it as a two queen bed room, but what we got was one queen and a double bed that pulls down from the wall. The pull out is not nearly as comfy as the queen bed. Also, the kitchen was well equipped but the washer and dryer were at least 25 years old with old pull out timers that did not work properly so doing laundry was a huge challenge. Also air conditioning was via a small window unit but it did cool the room adequately. Despite these issues, we would stay there again due to the great price and very convenient location, staff are very helpful too! ##### Cary V.
