The ground-floor location means you'll be close to the action and won't have to walk far when you're ready to rest from a long day on the mountain. During winter, the ski lifts are only a short walk or bus trip away, via the complimentary village shuttle which stops directly outside the lodge. Select a gondola and venture up to the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola, the highest lift in the world at 435 meters /1,427 feet high. It runs guests from Blackcomb over to Whistler Mountain. You'll have nearly 8,200 acres of ski runs and trails to explore during your stay. If you're visiting at a warmer time of year, mountain bike enthusiasts will enjoy attending the Crankworx festival in Summer. The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre offers history lessons on the indigenous peoples of the area (and delicious bannock) just under one mile from the condo. Things to Know Important Maintenance Information - Ongoing Glacier Lodge Property Projects \>>> \*\*Courtyard Pool & Hot Tub Closure\*\* Starting Monday, June 9, 2025, the Courtyard, including the Pool and Hot Tubs, will be closed to begin the Courtyard Membrane Replacement Project. This closure is expected to continue until late fall 2026. Please note this general disruption schedule. A temporary winter enclosure tent will be erected in the 3rd week of November 2025, for approximately 4 months. The tent dimensions will be 16.5' high and 52' long. Which will be visible from all interior courtyard-facing units. October 2025 to January 2026 is mechanical work, which should have moderate to low noise and disruption. Intermittent construction noise will occur between January and June 2026\. Work will include: \- Concrete saw cutting for formwork \- Grinding of concrete \- General hand and power tool use (hammers, drills, compactors, lifts, jackhammers) All work will strictly follow the Whistler Municipal Bylaw construction hours. The work schedule is planned to commence between 8-9 am, and shifts will range between 10-12 hours, with work days concluding near 8 pm at the latest. We wish to inform all guests that room rates have been reviewed for this property during the amenities renovation and closure. The rates reflect the current status of operations.
