You ease into the day with coffee in hand, warmth rising from the fireplace while winter trails trace past the property outside. After a day on skis or exploring Whistler’s village, the evening slows into calm - steam lifting from the hot tub beneath a cold mountain sky. The townhouse sits beside the Nicklaus North Golf Course, a short drive from Whistler Village and the base of the mountains. Positioned along the 16th fairway, the home spans two levels and was renovated in December 2019, creating a bright open-concept main living space with vaulted ceilings, exposed log beams, and large windows framing Whistler and Blackcomb. Air conditioning, heating, and portable fans provide comfort year-round, while hardwood floors and an indoor fireplace set a cozy tone throughout winter stays. Living spaces The main living area is designed for gathering after full days outdoors. You can settle in by the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or stay connected with fast wifi. A dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair offers a quiet place to work or plan the next day’s adventures. Sleeping arrangements Four bedrooms comfortably host up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking Green Lake, with an ensuite that includes a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed near a full bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert into two twins and its own ensuite. The Neighborhood: Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive. Getting Around: This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. Location and quiet were our top priorities and this was 100% the ideal place. Fully stocked kitchen gadgets, bakeware, plates, etc. Steps from miles and miles of trails and the lake. Two minute walk to the Table Nineteen which had amazing food, outdoor patio overlooking the lake and the 9th tee. Amazing people and waitstaff. The people at Whistler Platinum were very responsive and professional each and every time we had a question or a need. Can't say enough about how thoughtful and accommodating they were to us. I will definitely be renting from them again. We will definitely be back! My only suggestion is to place a bench or chair in the mud room to enable the easy removal of shoes prior to entering the home. We found it a bit inconvenient to remove and put our shoes on while trying to balance on one foot. But something like that is easily resolved with a little piece of furniture.
