Apartment #255 in the Aspens on Blackcomb lodge, is located right on the slope, hillside of Fairmont Château, positioned uniquely for ski-in, ski-out accessibility. This recently updated 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom and dual living room, ground floor apartment, is the perfect setting for your stay!

The generously sized fireside living room and kitchen area, are fully equipped for the comfort for you to enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. Wake up to uninterrupted spectacular mountain views. The generous second living area can be modified to a 3rd bedroom with a foldout sofa.

The Aspens offers one of the best hill locations in Whistler. The apartment is only a short ski or walk down to the Blackcomb Gondola and children's ski school. This is the entry point to one of the world's top villages with its endless amenities. The Aspens is just as convenient in Summer, with its proximity to Lost Lake and the Upper Village Adventure zone.

We love this unit and have stayed here several times. Very spacious. Quiet area, but close to the Upper Village. Slope side for skiers. Lots to do in winter or summer.

Spacious unit, great location

We’ve stayed at Aspens many times and always enjoy it. We visit Whistler during the summer for the bike park and hiking, and we appreciate the bike storage, pool area, and the easy-going location of the upper village. The unit itself was very spacious for 4 adults, clean, comfortable, and close to the path down to the village. We appreciated the BBQ and large patio areas. Kitchen cookware could use some replacements. My suggestion to future guests is to bring some of your own consumables such as dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. We were there a full week but were provided minimal supplies. We ended up paying top Whistler prices for these things and wished we would have brought some from home.

Location is perfect; condo could use facelift

Positives: -Location, location, location. Literally ski in/ski out. -Third bedroom off master was perfect for port-a-crib -Beds very comfortable -End of hallway location is private -Did not use extra amenities (hot tub, pool, etc), but they appeared to be well-kept Negatives: -No hot water for morning shower (lukewarm if you let water run for 20 minutes); -Needs major facelift: torn armrests on chairs, suspicious spots on carpet and bedding. -Had to go to main desk for extra trash bags (one extra bag isn’t enough for a week-long stay) -Kitchen is only big enough for one person to cook, but it is manageable. -Slope side is perfect for skiing, but that means that it sounds like snowcat is coming into the condo when they groom the slopes at one in the morning.

The Perfect Getaway

Clean, neat and tidy. We had the perfect ski weekend away. Lots of space in this two bedroom condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Internet worked perfect on site. Great location and central to everything we needed. The restaurants in the village are amazing to dine at. The hot tubs and pool and site we perfect. condo staff, owners and guest were very friendly. We enjoy our time away very much.

Great Convenient Family Accommodation

Stayed here with my family for a dance competition that was being held at the Fairmont. We much preferred to have more room and full kitchen etc, but still be close to the action. This was perfect. Grandparents had the King room (which was about the size of an average hotel room so we were already ahead of the game), my daughter and I took the other room and pushed the beds together. As other reviews mentioned, the den really could be another bedroom. It was an amazing bonus to have! Only once did we have an issue with showers running cold, but that was at 7am, so maybe just timing? I did find the hot water in the kitchen to take a loooooong time to get hot for doing dishes though. Grand scheme of things, very minor complaint. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking with pots, pans, utensils, plates etc. I loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk right out the patio door to the Upper Village. Overall, I am quite pleased and would definitely look into renting this exact suite again!

Great Condo with everything you need!

This condo was perfect for us! Having two balconies with beautiful views was amazing. The condo was spacious and very well equipped with top quality pots, pans, plates, glasses and towels. We could not have been happier with our experience.

Perfect location and floor plan to accommodate our family of four.

We loved staying here, didn’t want to leave. Feels more like a three bedroom. Our one year old and two year old each slept in their own room away from each other as to not wake the other. The ground floor made it ideal for the two year old to play with his toys outside during the baby’s nap time. We walked down the hill for coffee and restaurants in a few minutes. Easily walked to Whistler village and there is a free bus nearby if you prefer. We would rent this specific unit again because of how well it accommodated our young family’s needs.

Amazing location but hot showers were very limited or non-existent.

We loved the location of this condo. It was right on the slopes of Blackcomb with beautiful views. It's just a few minutes walk to the upper village and a beautiful 15-20 minute walk to the main village. The rooms were spacious and we loved that the pull out sofa was really in a separate room of its own. It was more like a third bedroom since there was still a separate sitting room and fireplace. On the downside, there was no bathtub in the condo as indicated in the photos and the showers were luke warm at best. We did have maintenance look at it, but were told that there was nothing that could be done. One of the showers did have hot water by the second day {after giving it a long time to warm up}, but we were unable to use the second shower for the whole stay as it was so cold. The advertised A/C was also only in the master bedroom so the rest of the condo could get quite stuffy depending on the outside temperature. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but if you like a hot shower, this might not be the condo for you.

Great location!!

Unit is located such that you can ski right up to the patio, pull off your skis, step across the hand rail and you are home. It is a true ski-in ski-out. You ski right down to wizard lift, buy lift ticket there and you are set for the day. Hot tub and pool are close. Kitchen is small, but set up with everything we needed. Easily sleeps six. If you want to get out at all, I would highly recommend renting a car. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again.
