We’ve stayed at many places in Whistler, and this was the most disappointing. The room didn’t feel clean, and we found a bug that resembled a bed bug (staff told us it was a beetle). Regardless, we didn’t feel comfortable afterward. The swimming pool was closed (the hot tub was open), and interactions with staff were not helpful or welcoming.
