The room was very nice and the plates, cups, etc was appreciated. the location was wonderful. more details about the shuttle and the public path to the hill would have been helpful. There was no staff, no information about use of the hot tub. There was a loud dripping on the a/c unit that was pretty annoying as it echoed in the living area where my son was sleeping. A few things, no sink plug to wash the dishes (I made it work), light out in the bathroom and battery in the remote were dead on Monday so I could not watch the football game. Main problem was we got a parking ticket as I did not have a parking pass for 4 hours while at dinner on Monday night. Once I got back, I got another pass for the night. I think if I had to give the vehicle information, the parking personnel could have called me so I could have bought the night parking pass instead of getting a parking ticket. ##### Paul S. Excellent location in the upper village a short walk from the Blackcomb gondola. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The whole process was well communicated through emails.
