« We stay in many vrbo rentals since 2010. Many in Houston. This is by far the cleanest, most pristine yet! The furniture is sturdy, new & well kept. The bedding is immaculate & fresh. The kitchen, contrary to other reviews of this home, well appointed, plenty of cooking necessities, pans, etc.There is another unit above this one, which, depending on the guests, we were able to hear them walk around, not unlike many hotels or multi-unit homes. « I would most definitely stay here again. EVERY room had a bathroom which was a plus. The best part for me was the garage. As someone who doesn’t enjoy the rain, this was a pro. The property manager was excellent. Her communication was top tier. Another plus was the gas stove. »

« My stay was wonderful. I was under the weather so I only went out once. I can tell it’s a nice house in a bad looking neighborhood but I felt safe. I enjoyed the tea layout and those wonderful blankets were so hard to not take I could sleep for hours. You can hear the train but I don’t mind. The floor boards are coming up and I got a mild injury, but other than that I would definitely book again! »

Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins.
