Located right on the beach, this classic kiwi bach is the perfect spot for a summer getaway! This Simpsons Beach bach has an open plan living space including lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge opens out onto sheltered decking with stunning views to the water. Each of the 3 bedrooms at this Simpsons Beach bach are located off a central hallway. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 are each fitted with 2 single beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 open out on to the sheltered sun deck. I felt the property wasn't very clean or maintained. There were cobwebs everywhere, food scraps in corners, and could be seen under furniture. It looks like it needs a little TLC and maintenance.
