Perfect for families or groups looking to unwind and reconnect, this character-filled beach home is your gateway to one of Northland’s most beautiful and untouched destinations. Just a few bays down from the Tutukaka Coast and two beaches south of Patua, Ocean Beach is less than 500 metres away.  
  
This well-equipped home combines the charm of old-school Kiwi bach living with all the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious open-plan living, there’s room for the whole family to spread out. The large kitchen and dining area provide a central hub for shared meals, while lush gardens offer privacy and serenity.  
  
Start your mornings on the front deck with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the ocean. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ on the rear deck and enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the reserve. The top deck boasts stunning sea views.  
  
This location is a haven of leisure activities. Surfing, boating, and fishing opportunities abound, while coastal walks through the nearby DOC reserve allow you to explore Northland’s stunning natural beauty.  
  
Ocean Beach is just a 30-minute drive from Whangarei or 2.5 hours from Auckland, making it an easy and accessible escape. Ample onsite parking, including space for a boat, ensures your holiday is stress-free and convenient.  
  
Belmont Beach House is the perfect spot for creating family memories in Northland.
