The front deck is an idyllic spot for your morning coffee and summer BBQs, and the spacious lawn provides a carefree area for kids to play.  
  
The property has a retro beach vibe but all the modern comforts. Spread across two spacious levels, with additional living space downstairs, the accommodation comfortably hosts up to eight guests.  
  
Grab a beanbag and relax, with complimentary WiFi, enjoy board games or unwind with a book.  
  
Simply amble along the walkway directly opposite the property for instant access to stunning Whangapoua beach. Alternatively explore the natural beauty of the area by checking out the nearby coastal walk to beautiful New Chums beach or the nearby estuary.  
  
The Whangapoua boat ramp (suitable for those familiar with crossing the Whangapoua, bar) is one minute away or alternatively the Kuaotunu boat ramp is a 15min drive. You can park your boat on-site at the property.  
  
For an ice-cream or essential supplies, the Whangapoua Beach Store is conveniently located just a one-minute drive away by car or an eight-minute walk.  
  
Sunsets and Surf promises a quintessential Kiwi getaway, combining relaxation, outdoor activities, and coastal living.

Please be aware that the upstairs bathroom at this property experiences very low water pressure. Guests are encouraged to use the downstairs shower.Please note that the internal steps are quite steep and may not suit very young children or those with limited mobility (please see the photos on the listing for your reference.)While this property welcomes dogs, it is best set up for small to medium dogs. Guests are asked to keep all dogs downstairs only, refrain from allowing them on the furniture, guests with larger dogs should be mindful that the fence may not be suitable to allow free roaming on the section.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
