Spread across two levels, this self-contained unit boasts open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, complete with a Smart TV, high ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Step onto the decked balcony and take in the views over the beach dunes, the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining and relaxation. The full kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials for effortless holiday cooking.  
  
Downstairs serves as a kids entertainment space, where you can challenge your group to a game of foosball or pool—open the doors to let in the refreshing coastal air while you play. Stay entertained with the Smart TV while fans are available to keep you cool on warm summer days.  
  
Sleeping up to 12 guests, this unit is perfect for extended families. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, a single bed, and a private ensuite with a vanity, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom is fitted with two queen beds, offering a comfortable and spacious setup. Downstairs, the third bedroom is ideal for the kids to have their own space, featuring a double bunk with a queen on the bottom and a single on top, as well as an additional bunk bed with two singles.  
  
A mere one-minute stroll takes you to the golden shores of Whangamatā Beach, home to the world-famous Whangamatā Bar - this stunning four-kilometre ocean beach is a haven for wave riders and sunseekers alike.
